Hey there...you made it. Whatever you clicked on to get to my page, know that this is exactly where you're supposed to be. I'm not going to bore you with a list of credentials or try to impress you with big words. But in case you're interested in that, I graduated from Fordham University where I earned my Masters in Clinical Social Work way back in the 1900's, which only means that I've been doing this a while. My approach involves a mixture of CBT, DBT, Brainspotting, Motivational Interviewing and Mindfulness, along with other modalities. If your reason for therapy is something that I'm not trained in, I will let you know and help you with getting to the right place. Just know that I understand that you have done the hard part by even considering getting a therapist. My job...is to make your journey easier.

I offer a free 15 minute consultation so that you can tell me a little about you and get a feel for who I am. If it feels right to you, then we'll move on to scheduling your first session.
