I'm Sadaqa Ward, LCSW. I've spent my career in hospitals, dialysis centers, community agencies and private practice, and I've learned that people heal best when they feel understood as whole people. In our work together, I draw from EMDR, CBT, motivational interviewing, attachment-focused and Gestalt approaches, and I tailor them to you. We'll move at a pace that feels right, and you'll leave with tools you can actually use.
